COVID-19 Safety Policy
Due to recent influxes in COVID-19 cases, our facilities are requiring masks for all individuals inside the building, regardless if you are in treatment, entering treatment, or visiting. Hand sanitizer and masks are available for those who need them.
PAYING FOR CARE
Individuals who do not have insurance and cannot pay for services are still accepted at our facility. Our facility funds programs based on location. If you are a resident of Dallas, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall, Ellis, Navarro, or Collin county in North Texas or El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, or Brewster county in Far West Texas, you are eligible for most of our programs even without health insurance.
We do accept Medicaid for certain programs. However, we do not accept Medicare for any of our programs.
Private insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield and Molina Healthcare is also accepted.
We are funded by a variety of state and county sources. The Texas Department of State and Health Services (DSHS) and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) oversee many of our funding sources.
